Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may vary. We appreciate your patience during these times

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping option selected, the destination, and the weight of the items in your order. Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

Please note: After the package is shipped, we will send the tracking number to your registered email address. Please track the package and make sure it is available at the time of collection. If the customer is not there, the package will be sent to the local postal for collection, and the customer needs to collect the package within the time according to the regulations of the local post. If the package is not collected within the time specified by the local post or an incorrect delivery address is provided at checkout, the package will be returned to us. In this case, we will charge a re-delivery fee based on the actual courier fee. The package will be re-delivered only after the re-delivery fee is paid. If the customer chooses a refund, the initial shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination of your order. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, customs clearance processes or carrier issues may impact delivery times.

Change of Address
If you need to change the shipping address for an order that has already been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed for shipping.
